I’ve had the chance to work alongside Empress Support Services and was genuinely impressed with how they operate. They supported a client I was involved with, and the entire process - from referral to transition - was handled with professionalism, care, and structure. Staff were carefully matched to the participant, taking into account their preferences and cultural background. They also set up the home thoughtfully - adding things like a basketball hoop in the backyard and creating a games room and arts & crafts area to reflect the participant’s interests.
