About

Empress Support Services, a registered NDIS provider, is pleased to offer a Supported Independent Living (SIL) vacancy at Corinth Street. This fully accessible home provides 24/7 disability support in a safe and comfortable environment.

The property features two participant ensuites, one OOA room, a laundry, spacious dining area, and modern appliances including a TV, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. With two car spaces available, it offers convenience and comfort. High physical support needs are well catered for, and participants are welcome to bring their own supports. The home is also pet-friendly, ensuring a warm, inclusive, and supportive living experience.

I’ve had the chance to work alongside Empress Support Services and was genuinely impressed with how they operate. They supported a client I was involved with, and the entire process - from referral to transition - was handled with professionalism, care, and structure. Staff were carefully matched to the participant, taking into account their preferences and cultural background. They also set up the home thoughtfully - adding things like a basketball hoop in the backyard and creating a games room and arts & crafts area to reflect the participant’s interests. It made the environment feel welcoming and personal. Communication was clear, the intake process was thorough, and the team was clearly experienced with complex needs and behaviours. What stood out most was their commitment to finding the right fit - not just placing someone for the sake of it. Empress genuinely prioritises the wellbeing and safety of participants. I’d confidently recommend them to anyone looking for quality, person-centred support.
